IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE: Hidezone is a real-life game that requires physical movement. Always stay aware of your surroundings. Do not play near traffic, dangerous terrain, or restricted areas. Never trespass on private property.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the "Hidezone - IRL Hide and Seek" mobile application on Android devices, you agree to be bound by these Custom Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the application.

2. Proper Use and Safety

You are solely responsible for your own safety and conduct while playing Hidezone. You agree that:

You will comply with all local laws and regulations.
You will respect the rights and property of others.
You will not use the app to engage in any illegal, dangerous, or harassing behavior.
You play at your own risk. The developer is not liable for any physical injuries, property damage, or other incidents resulting from your use of the application.

3. In-App Purchases (Pro Features)

Hidezone offers a "Pro" upgrade that unlocks additional features (e.g., custom game modes, host settings).

Payments: All transactions are processed via the Google Play Store.
Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of Google Play.
Persistence: The "Pro" upgrade is typically tied to your Google Play Store account.

4. User Conduct and Chat

The application includes features that allow communication between players. You agree not to send messages that are:

Hate speech, threatening, or discriminatory.
Sexually explicit or otherwise offensive.
Used for spamming or commercial solicitation.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the application for users who violate these conduct rules.

5. Intellectual Property

The application, its design, logos, and software are the intellectual property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PHYSICAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE INCURRED DURING REAL-LIFE GAMEPLAY.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the application, including but not limited to claims of trespassing, property damage, or personal injury caused by your gameplay.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. The developer does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, nor do we guarantee the accuracy of GPS tracking, location services, or game synchronization.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the application shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court. By using this app, you agree to waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against the developer.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
