I purchased the PRO Version, but it's not active?
Please ensure you are logged into the same Google Play or Apple App Store account used for the purchase. The app should automatically restore your purchase. If not, try restarting the app.

My location is jumping around or inaccurate?
Hidezone relies on your phone's GPS. For the best experience, play outdoors in open areas, away from tall buildings or dense tree cover. Ensure your phone's location settings are set to "High Accuracy".

Players are disconnecting inside a lobby?
Ensure all players have a stable cellular connection. If you lock your phone or put the app in the background for too long, the OS might suspend the connection. We recommend keeping the app open during the lobby phase.
